However, we understand that there may be rare occasions where a refund request is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted, ensuring fairness, transparency, and confidence in working with us.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We offer partial or full refunds in the following circumstances:

1. Non-Delivery of Service

If we fail to deliver your order within the agreed-upon deadline and no prior extension was discussed or approved, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally make a double payment for the same service, we will promptly refund the extra transaction.

3. Order Cancellation

If you cancel the order before we assign a writer or before work begins, you will receive a full refund. If cancellation occurs after the writing process has started, partial refunds may apply based on the work completed.

4. Poor Quality or Non-Compliance

If the delivered work does not meet the academic standard promised, significantly deviates from your original instructions, or contains substantial plagiarism, a full or partial refund may be issued after a quality assurance review.

5. Writer Assignment Failure

If we are unable to assign a qualified writer for your topic, you will be refunded in full.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

We reserve the right to deny refunds in the following cases:

  • Late revisions: If the delay in delivery is due to the client’s own delayed feedback or response.

  • Change of mind: If the order is delivered per the original instructions but the client changes their requirements afterward.

  • Full project completed: If the entire document has been written, reviewed, and approved.

  • Free revision window expired: If you request a refund after revisions have been completed and approved beyond the 14-day revision period.

Revision Before Refund

We aim to resolve concerns first through our free revision policy. If the initial delivery did not meet your expectations, you are encouraged to request a revision. Refunds are only issued after revision attempts fail or if the issues are too severe to be resolved.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email hello@thewritix.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, detailed explanation of the issue, and any relevant evidence (e.g., feedback from your supervisor or Turnitin report).

Refund evaluations are completed within 3–7 business days, and approved refunds are processed via your original payment method.
